Pavones Properties is the Southernmost located real estate office on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. We are located in Pavones which is a small coastal town surrounded by beautiful hills and mountain properties with jungle, privacy, and amazing views, overlooking the Gulfo Dulce, the Osa Peninsula, and the wide expanse of the blue Pacific Ocean. This area is just beginning to be "discovered" by foreigners looking for a peaceful and safe place to invest in real estate for vacation, retirement, or speculation. Pavones has only had electricity service since 1996, and we now have telephone service. We are the last "outpost" on the Pacific coast and therefore you can still find some good bargains and great availability in a variety of different property descriptions, such as beachfront, large and medium sized farms, (known as Fincas), oceanview hillside properties, remote inland tracts, as well as some homes and building lots in the pueblo and surrounding areas.
We at Pavones Properties will be happy to show you around, advise you in such areas as Attorneys, Builders, Surveyors, and in general how things work here in Costa Rica. We will do everything we can to educate you so you will be able to make an informed decision when it comes to making a purchase in our area.
