You can see for miles across the blue waters of the Golfo Dulce from beneath the canopy that shades this property. It is located in the high hills above Playa Pavones. It has a three story structure that can be renovated and made into a lovely jungle style bungalow. The wonderful shade makes for cool breezes and protects from the blazing tropical sun. Beautiful sunsets are seen on clear evenings in the equatorial skys of Southern Costa Rica. Playa Pavones is only about 1 kilometer down the hill and offers such conveniences as grocery shopping, hardware stores, restaurants, and gift shops as well as recreational activities like surfing, snorkeling, fishing, horseback riding and nature hikes.
